Education & Military Service
Harry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Development and a Master of Regional Planning degree from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Public Administration degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Harry has been a Faculty Fellow with Virginia Tech, adjunct faculty at the Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Virginia. Harry served as an intelligence analyst for the United States Army Security Agency from 1967-1971, serving in South Korea and Germany.Environmental Management Systems Experience
During early 2000’s Harry was one of the principal architects of the Virginia Environmental Excellence Program, and implemented the first VA DEQ EMS programs. Since 2004, with the formation of Gregori Consulting LLC, Harry has conducted EMS related activities (development, implementation and maintenance) of EMS programs for small businesses, as well as Fortune 500 companies, local government operations and military facilities. Environmental management system internal auditing
Gregori Consulting LLC, provides full service EMS and Environmental and Sustainability Management Systems (ESMS) related activities including development, implementation and maintenance, as well as internal auditing for ISO and VA DEQ Environmental Excellence Program.
Auditing will be developed in conjunction with your program needs and may be carried out independently or with your internal audit staff. Auditing activities also include initial and final GAP audits to determine conformance to your program standard.

The First Call Environmental Emergency Response Team manages incidents for both public and private sector clients within 150 miles of each field location. Additionally, the First Call Strike Team is available to respond outside our coverage area for large scale incidents or disasters as well as projects requiring a technical assistance team. Our teams consist of First Call Environmental employees which allow us to provide a high level of consistent service. Mobilization is immediate and available 24/7.
