Harry is President of Gregori Consulting LLC, a Virginia Disabled Veteran Owned Certified Small/Micro Business that provides environmental consulting services with a principal focus on Environmental Management Systems.
Education & Military Service
Harry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Development and a Master of Regional Planning degree from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Public Administration degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Harry has been a Faculty Fellow with Virginia Tech, adjunct faculty at the Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Virginia. Harry served as an intelligence analyst for the United States Army Security Agency from 1967-1971, serving in South Korea and Germany.
Environmental Management Systems Experience
During early 2000’s Harry was one of the principal architects of the Virginia Environmental Excellence Program, and implemented the first VA DEQ EMS programs. Since 2004, with the formation of Gregori Consulting LLC, Harry has conducted EMS related activities (development, implementation and maintenance) of EMS programs for small businesses, as well as Fortune 500 companies, local government operations and military facilities. This includes continuous internal auditing for several organizations.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Matt is also a graduate of the Executive Energy Leadership Academy hosted by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL).

- Rocket Fund – Grant funding competition, administered by Caltech, that helps academic and garage innovators turn their technologies into commercial realities through financial support, entrepreneurial mentoring, and education.
- Sustain SoCal – Southern California's center for innovation, collaboration, and education in sustainability and cleantech, with a focus on energy, water, and transportation.
- HYSKY Society – Nonprofit dedicated to advancing green hydrogen and zero-emission aviation technology by fostering job creation, government partnerships, and educational outreach.

Environmental management system internal auditing
Gregori Consulting LLC, provides full service EMS and Environmental and Sustainability Management Systems (ESMS) related activities including development, implementation and maintenance, as well as internal auditing for ISO and VA DEQ Environmental Excellence Program.
Auditing will be developed in conjunction with your program needs and may be carried out independently or with your internal audit staff. Auditing activities also include initial and final GAP audits to determine conformance to your program standard.

Since 2006 Harry has conducted EMS related activities (development, implementation and maintenance) of EMS programs for small businesses, as well as Fortune 500 companies. This includes continuous internal auditing for several businesses.
Since 2012 Harry has been a contractor and Faculty Fellow for Virginia Tech’s Center for Organizational and Technological Advancement (COTA), Environmental and Sustainability Management Institute teaching ESMS programs as well as conducting GAP and Final Internal Audits.
